Fees & Terms
Everything on this page is what we charge and the terms we ask families to agree to. If anything here is unclear, please ask before you enrol — we would much rather answer a question early.
Registered with Kentish Family Day Care.
Standard care runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm. Hours outside that are charged at the non-standard rate and are by arrangement.
All rates are per hour, per child.

Before school and after school are charged separately and at different rates.
8 hours per child, per day, charged whether or not your child stays that long. This is how a place is held for you.
$200, payable as four instalments of $50 if that is easier. It is charged once enrolment is complete and a direct debit is set up.
Weekly direct debit via RedPAY. Details are sent to you once enrolment is complete.
RedPAY charges $8.00 for a payment that fails through insufficient funds. That charge is passed on.
Families may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy. Eligibility and how much you receive are decided by Services Australia, not by us, and families remain responsible for the gap. Allowable absences apply in line with Australian Government rules, and fees may still apply for a booked day your child does not attend.
Enrolment forms, the service agreement and excursion consent are no longer filled in on this website. They are handled directly with Elle, and you sign them on your phone through a secure link we send you — there is nothing to print, download or post back.
Get in touch and we will take you through it. You will receive your enrolment and service agreement as a link you can open, read and sign.
If you started an enrolment on the old website, nothing is lost — call or email and we will pick it up from where you got to.
Excursion authorisations are sent to you per excursion, to read and sign. You no longer download a PDF for each venue.
